Responsibilities
- Building a long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
- Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
- Identifying customer’s needs and preferences and communicating same to internal team members in order to ensure the team’s success as well as customer satisfaction.
- Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
- Educating customers on products and services.
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven outside sales experience.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sense of team and ability to work with internal partners.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellence in relationship building skills.
