Role Description: As a Landscape Crew Lead, you'll lead our team in delivering exceptional landscaping services. You'll oversee the weekly mowing and maintenance division, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a skid steer in addition to commercial mowers and maintenance equipment.
Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in landscaping or related field
• Proficiency in operating commercial mowers and maintenance equipment
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work full-time and independently
• Experience operating a skid steer (preferred)

Responsibilities as a Landscape Crew Lead at Landmark Landscape:

• Lead and supervise laborers in performing weekly mowing and maintenance tasks
• Operate commercial mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
• Drive company truck and pull maintenance trailer as required
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times
