Job Responsibilities Include :

• Provide excellent guest service in all circumstances when interacting with guests. In-person, over the phone, or through messaging such as emails, written notes, or text messaging.
• Collaborate with the Trig's to Go team to ensure proper staging, planning, and routing of deliveries are organized.
• Operating a delivery vehicle safely by obeying all applicable traffic laws and regulations accordingly.
• Keeping delivery vehicle clean and organized so that a fresh and clean impression is on display for co-workers and guests.
• Navigate proper delivery routes throughout Oneida, Lincoln, and Vilas counties and in the surrounding areas.
• Communicate with guests as needed over the phone to coordinate and confirm deliveries of their orders.
• Inform management of any vehicle maintenance or cleaning needs.
• Ensure proper refueling and car washes are performed at the company's designated and approved sites.
• Perform proper reporting, receipting, and paper work to ensure proper tracking of guest orders and purchases.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be 18 years .
