About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate skills in all areas of the project lifecycle, with the ability to ensure execution aligns with business goals and timelines. The role demands a strong individual who can effectively coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders while ensuring a smooth integration of new systems and processes. Will have a proven track record in leading small to medium-sized projects as well as expertise in Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the project scope, budget, timelines, and resources, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of project objectives
  • Coordinate and facilitate project team meetings and ceremonies
  • Monitor project progress and maintain accurate project documentation
  • Engage with stakeholders to define project deliverables, set expectations, and communicate progress
  • Conduct risk management planning, identification, analysis, and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist the effort to identify gaps, establish quality operational practices and implement standardized processes
  • Drive the adoption of new processes and systems by preparing and executing detailed change management strategies
  • Communicated project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar roles. Experience as a Project Manager in IT Consulting and Staffing companies is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of various project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • The background driving complex information technology projects and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, ADO)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred certifications in project management (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMP)

Additional information

  • Type of contract: Long-term full-time contract
  • Location: Preferred Minneapolis/Hopkins (Concord's headquarters). Open to remote candidates located in other cities/states.
  • Work arrangement: Remote. Occasionally visiting the office might be required for candidates in the Minneapolis/Hopkins area.
  • Timezone: Central Time
  • Requirements: must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship
