In This Role You Will
- Develop detailed technical drawings and plans based on project specifications and requirements
- Create 2D and 3D topographical maps for land development infrastructure such as grading, flood-control projects, roadways, and piping systems
- Review and modify drawings to correct errors and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
- Participate in design reviews and meetings to provide input and insights on technical aspects
- Conduct site visits to locate grading markers and collect data
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 5-7 years of CAD design and drafting experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil3D
- Experience on small- to large-scale projects preferred
- Knowledge of regulation compliance and quality standards
- High degree of detail orientation and strong analytical skills
- CAD certification preferred
- Preference given to candidates that have a team leader or mentorship background
