Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant General Manager to assist in overseeing the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and guest services.
• Lead and motivate team members to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and achieve operational excellence.
• Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Manage staffing levels and schedules to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining budgetary targets.
• Monitor and analyze guest feedback and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue generation and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Previous 3 years experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of local market trends and competition is a plus.
