Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting, focusing on medical-surgical procedures and treatments.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures

- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records

- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team

- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care

- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures for quality and safety standards

Experience

- Prior experience in medical-surgical nursing

- Knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures

- Familiarity with Durable Medical Equipment (DME)

- Understanding of Workers Compensation laws

- Experience in behavioral health nursing is a plus

- Ability to provide care for patients of all ages, including toddlers

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,450.00 per week
