Diodes is Hiring a Failure Analysis Engineer Near Milpitas, CA
- Responsible for failure analysis on customer and internal FAs.
- Perform bench/CT electrical test for both Discrete and IC products.
- Responsible for root cause analysis.
- Interface with Design/Product Engineering/Reliability on FA issues.
- Publish FA reports in a timely manner.
- The candidate ideally would have 5-10 years of FA/Product Engineering or related experience.
- Must be familiar with curve trace and bench testing on ICs.
- Must be familiar with FA techniques such as EMMI, Laser Scan, Thermal, X-ray, SEM, EDX, and device deprocessing.
- Good oral and written communication skills are required.
- Familiarity with both Digital and Analog circuits.
- Minimum is a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering/Physics/Material Science Engineering. Master degree is preferred.
