Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, handling sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Supervise daily operations, including cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and inventory management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet revenue targets
- Implement strategies to increase productivity and drive sales
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales management and retail operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Knowledge of payroll processes and basic accounting principles
- Ability to conduct interviews, train new employees, and manage shifts effectively
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and pricing strategies
