Billing Coordinator - HVAC Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 70k / year - Millstone, NJ
Our client, a stable, fast-growing family-owned mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for a Billing Coordinator.
Responsibilities :
- Collect time sheets, understand the correct hours to be billed
- Track certifications to be sent with invoices
- Handle purchase orders for material and equipment purchases
- Assist with creation of client proposals and contracts
- Interact with technicians, clients, and vendors
Qualifications :
- 3 years office experience within the HVAC industry
- Experience with billing / invoicing (highly detailed work)
- Strong computer skills : Word, Excel, QuickBooks and ability to learn customized invoicing software
- Great attention to detail : spelling, grammar, numbers accuracy
Compensation :
- Base salary in the 50k 70k / year range
- Benefits : Medical, Vison and Dental; 100% coverage for employee
- 401k 3% Match weekly
- Personal Time Off
