Chiropractic Assistant / Laser Technician

Key Responsibilities :

Performing Deep Laser Therapy (no experience required)

Making sure patients complete necessary paperwork

Supporting the front desk for the scheduling of appointments.

Maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Managing inventory

Performing and assisting with other therapeutic modalities with training

Communicates patient concerns and needs to the physician

Assists in routine clerical functions such as filing of medical information in patient's records, locating and compiling department charts, obtaining medical records from other providers.

Taking a proactive role to increase office productivity and efficiency

Qualifications Required :

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Prior experience in either a physician office, outpatient clinic or other healthcare setting is welcomed.
• Ability to exercise discretion on sensitive and confidential matters
• One or more years of demonstrated customer service experience

Strong communication skills to relate to physicians, patients and other office staff
