Job Description: We are currently seeking a friendly and proactive Breakfast Attendant to join our team and help us provide an outstanding breakfast experience for our guests. As a Breakfast Attendant, you play a crucial role in ensuring that guests start their day off right by providing them with a delicious and satisfying breakfast in a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
~ Set up and organize the breakfast buffet according to the Choice Hotel Standards
~ Prepare and replenish food and beverage items, including hot and cold selections, pastries, fruit, etc.
~ Ensure that all food items are fresh, and properly displayed.
~ Greet guests warmly and assist them with any questions or special requests.
~ Clear tables and clean up spills promptly to ensure a neat and tidy dining environment.
~ Assist in stocking and ordering inventory as needed.
~ Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure the safety of guests and staff
~ Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth breakfast service.
~ Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating and exceeding guests' needs
Requirements:
~ Strong interpersonal and communicational skills.
~ Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
~ Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
~ Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
~ Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
~ Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/carry heavy trays.
~ Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of the team
