Bequest Coffee Co is Hiring a Barista ($250* hiring incentive) Near Mill Creek, WA
Bequest Coffee Co is looking for 2 baristas part time/ full time to add to our team of people committed to the common goal of creating hospitable experiences for our guests executed with a high level of attention to detail and an eye toward quality. We have 2 locations: Mill Creek and Capitol Hill. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. Able to learn new skills fast and serve the customers as friendly as possible.
JOB DUTIES
- Be welcoming to customers
- Be able to take orders, cross-sale, and show the menu
- Keep store clean, restock and organized
- Manually prepare individual cups of coffee
- Work as a team
- Cash handling
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the coffee industry (at least 1 year)
- High school or equivalent
- Friendly with customers
- 18y old or older
- Have effective transportation, and leave within a 20 min drive
- Desire to advance in a coffee career appreciated.
