CyberCoders is Hiring a Project Manager - Commercial Construction Near Milford, OH
We specialize in Interior Build Outs, Small Ground up work (300K - $5M). We are growing and looking to add on an experienced PM with project experience in Retail, Restaurant, Office, Healthcare markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day project operations and timeline of multiple projects.
- Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the construction process.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and in budget.
- Develop and track project budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, project engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project schedule and milestones.
- Identify and manage project risks.
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Prepare project status reports and present to stakeholders.
- Recruit, hire, and manage subcontractors.
- Manage the change order process.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Experience in commercial construction, tenant improvement, and interior finish outs.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
