Responsibilities Include
- Help to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for children in a childcare program
- Help to create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development in various areas such as math, language, science, and social skills
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and interact with children during indoor and outdoor activities
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and positive learning environment
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques

```Qualifications```
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred but not necesary.
- Have some experience working with children in a childcare or preschool setting preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Experience with curriculum development and implementation helpful
- Desirer to learn classroom management skills
- Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all children
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred = will train

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
