Job Title: Construction Estimator (Full-Time)

Location: Milan, TN (Must be willing to relocate)

Rhino Construction is currently seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. With over 30 years in the construction industry, Rhino Construction has established itself as a trusted partner with companies operating/ managing dozens to thousands of facilities nationally. We specialize in building conversions, additions, remodels, and national roll-outs, along with new multi-site build to suit projects. Our customers and projects require innovative solutions in open establishments and meticulous attention to detail. We pride ourselves on maintaining a family-like atmosphere that provides an environment for people to thrive and grow both personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review and interpret project RFPs, blueprints, specifications, and related documents

· Maintain comprehensive bid document controls

· Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and time requirements

· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates, project books, and final accounting budgets

· Maintain and update project cost databases and historical data for future reference

· Identify and assess potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them

· Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and client requirements

· Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain necessary information and clarify project details

· Maintain knowledge of various construction cost factors, including material prices, labor cost, and market values

· Balance/prioritize multiple bids to ensure all proposals are completed on time

Qualifications:

· Proven experience and success as a Construction Estimator or similar role in the construction industry

· Multi-site, build to suit, and retail experience is preferred

· Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles

· Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and technical documents

· Attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $65,000 - $95,000 per year
