Summary
The Patient Access Specialist I is responsible for providing excellent customer service by communicating with patients, physicians, and staff in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
The position is also responsible for accurate and efficient registration and admission of all patients seen at MLHS. The Specialist coordinates provider's scheduling of patients in ambulatory care, acute care, specialty and other departments as directed.
