Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
 Maintains a perpetual inventory of materials, equipment, supplies, and other general stock items.
 Records purchases, maintains the database, performs a physical count of inventory, reconciles actual stock count
to office records, or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase
invoices to obtain current inventory levels.
 Verifies clerical computations against the physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count.
Investigates and report reasons for discrepancies.
 Prepares reports, such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
 Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods.
 Re-stocks items as necessary.
 Labels shelves.
 Liaises with vendors and purchasing agents and prepares deliveries.
 May perform other routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
Qualifications
 Performs work under minimal supervision.
 Handles complex issues and problems and refers only to the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the subject matter.
 Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
 May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.
 Typically requires a high school diploma and 4 to 6 years of experience.
 Oral and written communication skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Inventory control: 4 years (Required)
