Responsibilities:

• Install and repair garage doors, openers, and related systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide estimates and explanations to customers regarding service options, costs, and timelines.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of garage door systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in garage door installation, repair, or related field strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
