- Lead the accounting for the Company’s leases and ensure compliance with ASC 842
- Oversee monthly accounting close activities
- Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations
- Assist in year-end financial audit by preparing and reviewing audit schedules, preparing footnotes and interacting with auditors
- Work closely with team members from Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Operations and Legal to ensure complete, efficient and accurate financial reporting
- Manage and ensure compliance with internal control policy for leases
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (MAcc or MBA a plus)
- ASC 842 experience a plus
- At least 3 years of accounting experience
- Oracle knowledge a plus
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to complete assigned tasks with minimal direction
- Possess strong planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
