We protect our customers’ most valuable property from collapse. Water damage can gradually eat away at doors, siding, and even the foundations of their homes. Our gutter systems ensure water is safely conveyed from the roof to the ground.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and understanding gutter job tickets
• Preparing for your jobs by packing the right materials in your truck
• Removing gutters, measuring the job, manufacturing gutters, creating downspouts, installing gutters and downspouts, cleaning gutters, and installing gutter guards
• Maintaining good relationships with teammates and customers
• Running towards problems or difficulties with excitement to learn and improve

2 - Receive email from us to schedule your 5 minute phone call with our GM.

3 - Watch videos on gutter installation sent to you in email.

4 - Set up a time to come to our warehouse for a ‘try out’ to demonstrate gutter skills learned from videos.

5 - If offered a job, the candidate must pass a background and reference check within the first month.

Advancement opportunities

Once you are sufficiently handling all the tasks of one level, you will be encouraged to take on additional responsibilities. Promotion will follow accepting those responsibilities and performing them consistently with high quality. The progression track expected is:

• Installer
• Team Lead
• Production Manager
• General Manager

Each promotion comes with a raise and higher bonus range

How this differs from many other construction positions

Commission pay

Your pay will be full commission (“piece rate”) after a one-month training period. During the first month, you will receive $17 per hour. After the end of 30 days we will assess your training. You are encouraged to take on as much work as you want and can complete at high quality. Revisits to fix mistakes will either be done by you without pay or by someone else and eat into your commission.

Autonomy

We expect our installers to be able to run their projects to completion as soon as our daily briefing ends. You are encouraged to ask questions when needed, but you are expected to manage your own work and solve your own problems along the way.

We do not tolerate poor attitudes or crass behavior on the jobsite.

Pay: $17.00 - $45.00 per hour
