Job Overview:
Growing Texas-based General Contractor seeking part-time Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in assisting with project management tasks, coordinating activities, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The position can be remote and will start around 30 hours per week. This is a 1099 position to start, with the opportunity to move into a full-time salaried role.
Duties:
- Collaborate with project managers to determine project scope and objectives.
- Assist in creating project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for insurance program work.
- Ensure compliance tasks are met for insurance program projects.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Monitor project expenses and track budget allocations.
Skills:
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes.
- Experience in construction/restoration is a plus.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
