Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable functions and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.
Duties:
- Process field tickets and create invoices
- GPS validation of field tickets
- Prepare invoices
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all invoices are accounted for and properly posted
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities
- Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field
- Proficienct in Quickbooks
- Knowledge of open invoice or other collections programs ( will train if needed)
- Familiarity with accounting software such as quickbooks, open invoice, or direct billing
- 60 wpm typing skills
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Experience in oil field a plus
