Job Title: Dental Office Float

Job Description: Join our team as a Dental Office Float and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient patient care at our dental office. You will be responsible for assisting throughout the office where needed. The ideal candidate should be familiar with chair side assisting with a dentist, helping hygienist turn over room and clean instruments, and have a basic understanding of front office work. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, cleaning instruments, taking x-rays, room turnovers, writing lab prescriptions and cleaning up around the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the dentist and hygienist during patient procedures
  • Support front desk staff with administrative tasks
  • Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment
  • Turn over rooms for the next patient
  • Write lab prescriptions and maintain accurate records
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the office

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a dental setting is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Available to work 2-3 days per week, totaling 17-25 hours

Compensation: Pay is negotiable and will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
