Willow Knoll Post Acute & Senior Living is seeking out a detail oriented, energetic, positive & organized individual for our Scheduling position!

This position would be in charge of scheduling for our Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living Facility along with being a Lead on the floor and being the DON & ADON's right hand.

Job Requirements include but are not limited to:

• Must be a LPN in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing
• This individual must have great organizational and communication skills
• Must maintain good rapport with staff and report staffing changes daily
• This position does require the individual to carry an company provided on call phone to take call offs and scheduling calls
• Expected to assist STNAs on the floor & may need to fill holes in the schedule as needed
• Maintain the appropriate staffing levels
• Interview & Hire floor staff for the nursing department
• Maintain attendance records appropriately and accurately and reporting any issues to DON/ADON.
• Previous Scheduling experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience, PCC & OnShift experience a plus!

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
