This role directly reports to the Senior Vice President of Launch Support Services. As the Project Manager, you are entrusted with the task of implementing the company's vision to establish the necessary capabilities related to Launch Support Services.

Responsibilities:

Supervises the activities of both direct and matrixed employees as well as contract consultants to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.

Assists in developing project timelines, identifying key milestones, and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule for all projects.

Aids in creating and managing project budgets for approved tasks, collaborating with business analysts to track planned versus actual expenses, cash flow, and adherence to the plan.

Manages contracts with external agencies to support project implementation, including establishing selection criteria and evaluating contractor performance.

Provides regular reports to keep internal and external stakeholders informed of progress, deviations from plans, and potential risks.

Offers recommendations for adjustments to project planning to enhance cost-effectiveness, timeliness, technical aspects, and risk management, including proposing innovative solutions for successful project completion.

Produces business planning materials, such as budget forecasts and resource estimates.

Develops program Concept of Operations (ConOps) and related processes and protocols.

Collaborates with stakeholders (both internal and external) to define facility and operational needs.

Serves as a technical Subject Matter Expert for defining capabilities.

During project execution phases, responsibilities include:

Serving as the primary contact for other corporate departments, such as Operations, Business Development, Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting.

Coordinating with Operations personnel to ensure customer support and service delivery.

Delivering presentations to investors, business partners, and company executives on various project stages.

Working closely with Business Development to cultivate customer relationships and expand the business pipeline.

Assisting in proposal development and evaluations.

Providing direct customer assistance.

Having a Master's degree in Business Management is an added advantage.

Possessing strong leadership, business, and project management skills.

Proficient in operational planning, budgeting, and monitoring.

Skilled in reporting and team leadership, including contractor management.

Results-driven and detail-oriented.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to act as a change agent and inspire confidence in embracing change.

Holding relevant certifications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attentive to details.

Proficient in computer operating systems, hardware, and software, particularly Excel, MS Project, or similar applications.

3 to 5 years or more of experience as a Project Manager/Director.

Strong expertise and experience in facility requirements definition and buildout.

Highly motivated, driven, self-starter committed to safety, teamwork, and improvement.

Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision, managing multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously.
