Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of projects from inception to completion. While a background in HVAC is a bonus, the primary focus of this role is strong project management expertise. The ideal candidate will excel at managing projects involving various mechanical processes and teams, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of mechanical projects, from planning and design to execution and close-out.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably with a focus on mechanical or technical projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Mechanical experience or knowledge is a bonus, but not required.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with HVAC systems or other mechanical systems is advantageous.
• Experience managing technical teams and working with engineers or technicians.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
