The Host / Take Out position is an essential part of our operation as you are the first & often the last personal point of contact that our guests experience. The ability to greet guests with a smile & warm welcome is essential even during the busiest times and a genuine thank you or good evening helps seal the deal. Additionally, you are responsible for taking our substantial number of take out orders over the phone, packaging them with the correct condiments & cashing out the orders with the guests when they arrive to pick them up. You also assist with dining room operations including seating guests, clearing & resetting tables & running meals to tables. Job Requirements: This is an entry level position & it is not necessary to have prior restaurant experience. Prior retail experience is usually beneficial. Outgoing personality, nice smile, calmness under pressure & ability to multitask are all necessary to be successful. Additionally, reliable transportation, punctuality, proper grooming and plenty of energy are all required. This is typically a part time position from 4 pm. to about 8:30 pm on week nights & on Saturdays and Sundays, there is an additional lunch shift from 11am - 3 pm.

Job Compensation : The Host / Take Out position is paid $10 / hour to start plus you do receive gratuities from guests picking up their take out orders. This typically generates from a few to several dollars per hour in compensation.
