QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHS -2 LOCATIONS 1ST & 2ND SHIFTS
$17.00 PER HOUR
BELLMAWR, NJ- 11:30AM-8:00PM-(TRAIN ON 1ST SHIFT)
MICKLETON, NJ-6:00AM-4:00PM

JOB DUTIES:
TAKING TEMPERATURE OF MEAT PRODUCTS. CHECKING QUALITY AND INSPECTING PRODUCT. WALKING THE PLANT FLOOR. ROOM TEMP IS 45 DEGREES SO MUST WEAR LAYERS.
LOOKING FOR MATURE MINDED ASSOCIATE. SERIOUS CANDIDATES ONLY. SOME DATA ENTRY, BASIC COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE. WILL TRAIN ONSITE.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must work on the floor 99% of the time
Responsible for assisting the QA Directors in implementing the company’s food safety and quality programs; which involves regulatory compliance and customer service, USDA-FSIS & product labeling, SQFI, HACCP, pre-requisite programs, Halal, Organic/Non-GMO/NAE/ABF products; and all other assignments as the QA Director sees fit
Tasks involve documentation (product temperature monitoring, room temperature monitoring, finished product quality checks, metal detector checks, good manufacturing practices check, housekeeping check).
Informs management of any food safety or quality issues or of any processes which have become non-compliant with specified requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED SKILLS
- Basic Food Safety and Quality knowledge and skills
- Communication, Strong work ethic, Willingness to learn, and Excellent internal customer service
- Able to work in a cold environment (dress warmly and appropriately)
