Located on the shores of Lake Michigan, the city is celebrated for its beautiful beaches, vibrant arts scene, and welcoming community. Our clinic has a longstanding tradition of over 20 years, focusing on providing top-quality dental care to underinsured, uninsured, and low-income patients in the region.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary Range: $152,394 - $206,181
  • Health Insurance – Employer Pays 75% (Approximately $80 Per Pay Period)
  • Dental and Vision Insurance Options
  • Retirement Package – 401(K) with 4% Match
  • Student Loan Repayment Assistance – Eligibility ranging from $50,000 to $100,000
  • Paid Time Off (20 Vacation Days)
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) – Time Off Approved and $2,500 annually
  • 10 Paid Holidays

  • Relocation Assistance Available

Responsibilities:

  • Regular Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, promoting Work / Life Balance
  • No On-Call, No Nights, No Weekends
  • Collaborate with a Full Support Staff, including dental assistants and administrative personnel
  • Autonomy in clinical practice and decision-making

Requirements:

  • Open to New Graduates and experienced Dentists
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach in providing dental care
  • Clear and Active Dental License (DMD or DDS) in the State of Indiana
