Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary Range: $152,394 - $206,181
- Health Insurance – Employer Pays 75% (Approximately $80 Per Pay Period)
- Dental and Vision Insurance Options
- Retirement Package – 401(K) with 4% Match
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance – Eligibility ranging from $50,000 to $100,000
- Paid Time Off (20 Vacation Days)
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) – Time Off Approved and $2,500 annually

Responsibilities:
- Regular Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, promoting Work / Life Balance
- No On-Call, No Nights, No Weekends
- Collaborate with a Full Support Staff, including dental assistants and administrative personnel
- Autonomy in clinical practice and decision-making
Requirements:
- Open to New Graduates and experienced Dentists
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach in providing dental care
- Clear and Active Dental License (DMD or DDS) in the State of Indiana
