Essential Functions: 

• Primary owner of packaging and Ingredient vendor relationships and pricing that drives purchase order requirements for the schedulers/buyers.
• Backup to Sr. MFG Buyer role in managing day to day protein tasks flow weekly in ground beef and muscle cuts.
• Communicates with master scheduler, warehouse, transportation, and inventory control on raw material/packaging/ingredient product inventory issues.
• Assist in sourcing all R&D packaging and ingredient supplies.
• Monitoring and forecasting purchase orders based on finished product needs and communicating to schedulers and buyers of supply chain issues.
• Perform other job-related duties as directed by Sr. MFG Buyer

Schedule: 

• Onsite, Monday- Friday; hours - 5:00 am - 2:00 pm
• Work From Home Saturday mornings, approximately 2-3 hours

Physical and Environmental Factors:

• Includes activities such as but not limited to typing, walking, crouching, and stooping
• Subject to occasional exposure (approximately 30 minutes daily) to temperatures ranging from 0 degrees to 50 degrees in production, warehouse, or refrigerated/freezer areas.
