The Killer Brownie® Company is Hiring a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Near Miamisburg, OH

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NEEDED
40 hours - including Saturday rotation.
At The Killer Brownie® Co., our maintenance team works hard to keep the facility in top shape. As the Maintenance Technician, you’ll oversee all mechanical and electrical equipment and systems and use your keen eye to spot areas for improvement. Not only will you manage maintenance and repair efforts for machinery, but you’ll also assist with troubleshooting building and equipment issues. You’ll be our resident expert on machines, able to stop maintenance troubles in their tracks!
What you'll do:
Supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes from mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing equipment to systems in assigned facilities.
Assist the operations team in the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of equipment and building.
Completing preventive and corrective maintenance requirements
Installing industrial machinery
Observing mechanical devices in operation to locate the sources of problems and ensure the proper functioning of the machines.
Running basic diagnostic tests to detect minor problems.
Troubleshooting motors, conveyors, pneumatic tools, and hydraulic and electrical equipment
Disassembling machinery and equipment when needed.
Removing defective components and replacing them with new ones
Adjusting and calibrating machinery to improve productivity.
Cleaning and lubricating the equipment and machinery.
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment for everyone
Collecting and summarizing analyses, activity logs, and trends for maintenance reports
Comply with all food safety procedures regarding maintenance and the purchasing and sanitation of equipment.
Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards
Complete special tasks, including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance as assigned
Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience using a CMMS maintenance PM program to complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
Completion of an applicable technical training program
5 years mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs., use ladders up to 20 ft. and have mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Position requires frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving.
Able to work independently or in a team environment.
Tools will be provided to execute assigned work scope.
