Overview:
Lifeline has been a trusted name in the South Florida marine industry for over 30 years. We provide sales and service for inflatable boats (RIBS), liferafts and outboard motors.
We are seeking an enthusiastic marine outboard technician to join our team. Candidates should have experience servicing and rigging outboard marine motors.
Passion for the marine industry and keeps up on current trends and industry updates.
Experience meeting deadlines.
Experience providing labor time, estimates and speaking with customers.
Excellent communication skills.
Certifications with Yamaha or other outboard brands are a plus.
Electrical Experience is a plus.
Duties:
Mounting and rigging of outboard motors
Diagnosis and service of motors in a timely manner
Inventory control of materials used for the job
Communicate with customers to provide labor and time estimates for repairs
Complete service write-ups and maintain accurate records of work performed
Inspect and test all boats leaving warehouse to ensure quality
Opportunity for Yamaha certification if technician does not currently hold a certification.
Pay will depend on technician's experience level.
