B1Z is seeking a full-time, experienced investor relations professional to join its team. This client-facing investor relations role will report directly to the VP of Asset Management. The candidate must be success-driven, remain cognizant of investor needs, and have knowledge of the industry and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the full commercial management cycle, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

As an Investor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong connections with our existing clients, as well as cultivating relationships with prospective investors. Your role will encompass a range of duties aimed at effectively communicating our fund's offerings, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Commit to the firm’s strategic plan oriented to the fulfillment of established objectives and goals for this position.
• Grow our Investors Base. Lead the charge in expanding our investors base by targeting high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, registered investment advisors, and institutional investors.
• Drive our capital-raising efforts ensuring timely and successful transaction closures. Utilize your expertise and network to secure investments from qualified investors, leveraging our platform.
• Showcase our value proposition and effectively communicate how we address our client's needs and challenges.
• Prepare statistics, reports, and indicators of the customer acquisition, sales and post-sales process.
• Respond to investor enquiries, build relationships with the investment community and collect investor feedback
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, strategic partners, clients, and investors. Actively participate in conventions, industry events, and seminars to enhance our visibility and expand our network.
• Data Integrity and CRM Management responsibility. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data integrity in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Input investor leads, maintain records of activity, and track next actions to maximize efficiency and improve conversion rates.
• Drive results by closely monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as total capital raised, number of investors, new investor acquisitions, and investor presentations. Continuously seek opportunities to improve investor marketing return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications:

• Experience raising capital from and managing relationships with high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth, family office, and institutional investors
• Experience in financial services, investment management, private banking, or a similar field
• Client-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically
• Budget-management skills and proficiency
