Who We're Looking For - Benefits Advisor

Clearlink is currently seeking experienced and licensed Benefits Advisors to join our work from home Medicare team! You will assist customers to make Medicare healthcare decisions by carefully matching customers with the optimal products and services. This person will be responsible for providing a phenomenal customer experience to all customers and maintaining the highest level of integrity, while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals. 

The Impact You Will Make

  • Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare decisions over the phone
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals
  • Complete transactional sales through closing
  • Adhere to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies and procedures
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on and close business
  • Other duties and projects will be assigned as needed 

What You Bring 

  • MUST CURRENTLY HOLD AN ACTIVE HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE
  • Minimum of 1 year AEP Experience in the last 2 seasons
  • Experience selling Medicare Advantage & Medicare Supplement/Medigap is preferred
  • Experience selling Individual and/or senior insurance products via the telephone
  • Excellent computer software skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Project and Internet skills)
  • Strong communication skills
  • High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Must be flexible in hours you are able to work (possible weekends)
  • Overtime, including weekends, may be required throughout the duration of AEP
