Position Summary
The IT Business Analyst applies his/her domain expertise to contribute to both product development and customer implementations and support. The person will assist in the development of product requirements, define standard business rules functionality, define use cases and associated test cases, and assist in product testing. In addition, the IT Business Analyst will play a primary role in customer implementations defining customer specific business rules, data mappings, and customer specific test cases, as well as assisting in testing.
