Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee the daily operations of our child care facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in child care management.
Responsibilities:
- Implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual, social, and physical development of children
- Supervise and support staff members to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children
- Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or questions regarding their child's development
- Manage enrollment, and staffing needs of the child care center
- Maintain compliance with all licensing requirements and safety standards
Skills:
- Experience in higher education teaching or education administration
- Ability to educate and engage with children of various ages
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively interact with staff, parents, and children
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting
