Responsibilities:
- Perform cash management duties, including handling cash transactions, counting and verifying cash, and maintaining accurate cash balances.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their banking needs and answering any questions they may have.
- Process various types of financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to effectively cross-sell and upsell to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the bank branch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Skills:
- Strong math skills, including proficiency in retail math and the ability to perform calculations accurately.
- Proficiency in 10-key typing for efficient data entry.
- Familiarity with cash registers and other banking equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
