Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team.

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This is a full-time position.

Duties:

- Perform physical examinations and health assessments

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests

- Develop and implement patient care plans

- Prescribe medications and other treatments

- Provide patient education on disease prevention and management

- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care

- Conduct utilization reviews to ensure appropriate use of healthcare resources

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using Epic or similar electronic health record system

Qualifications:

- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas

- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting

- Specialization or experience in areas such as medical-surgical, pain management, geriatrics, or ophthalmology is preferred

- Strong knowledge of medical standards, procedures, and protocols

- Proficiency in airway management and basic life support techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
