Our busy endodontic practice is growing and we are looking for our newest F / T team member. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to help build and strengthen relationships with our referring offices through outreach and other marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate for this role will be outgoing, enthusiastic, a multitasker and very organized. Experience is not necessary for this role, instead we hire based on personality and overall experience.

In this role you will have the opportunity to utilize your creativity to create impactful referral deliveries and influential social media / online content.

This position does require you to be on the road at least a few times per week so a valid drivers license and dependable car are a must as well.

In addition to being our brand ambassador, our new team member will work half of the time in the front office to aid our staff in regular duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments and checking patients in and out.

Having a strong knowledge of our office process, staff, referring doctors and our doctors is crucial to our marketing efforts.

Front Office Duties & Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
• Assisting patients in filling out information forms.
• Communicating with dental insurance providers (insurance verification)
• Provide treatment plan / estimates to patients
• Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
• Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, scanning, email
• Assist in preparing and submitting dental claims
