**Position: Early Childhood Educator**

With two locations in Chandler and Mesa, we are excited to invite enthusiastic and experienced Early Childhood Educators to join our team and contribute to the development and happiness of our young learners.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Plan, implement, and assess developmentally appropriate activities and lessons that stimulate learning across all developmental areas.
- Create a welcoming, safe, and engaging learning environment for children from infants to school age.
- Monitor and support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children’s learning and developmental milestones.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, routines, and interests.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children, adhering to the preschool’s policies and state regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Manage classroom resources and maintain a clean and organized learning space.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
- A current Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- A current TB test result.
- A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children from infants to school age and a commitment to fostering their development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of educators.
