Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register
- Follow all food safety guidelines when handling and serving food items
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding alcohol service and responsible drinking practices
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling (experience with Aloha POS is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices when handling food items
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating bills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
