Thirsty Moose Taphouse is looking for a General Manager!

We are a fast growing, high volume restaurant group that focuses on amazing beer, and even better food!

General Managers are responsible for all facets of the business including :

• Hiring, training, developing, and scheduling all positions
• Creating a positive culture within the restaurant
• Running and overseeing day to day operations
• Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied
• Setting high standards for service, respect, and professionalism amongst all staff
• Maintaining clear communication with operations team
• Executing bi weekly inventory
• Ordering and inventorying beer, wine, liquor
• Monitoring and maintaining food, liquor, and labor costs
• Scheduling and executing events and promotions
• Attracting new customers and increasing restaurant sales

Requirements :

• At least 2 years management experience in a full service establishment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine
• Computer Proficient

This is a full-time position salaried at 50 hours per week. Benefits offered include health insurance, vision and dental insurance, company sponsored 401k plan, and PTO.
