Community Horizons is helping with the recruitment process for a woman in her home.
Looking for a caregiver will train no experience needed.
Member is paralyzed and un a wheelchair she has a trac system in her house for transferring.
Must have a sense of humor, good time management and be trustworthy. Looking for a variety of hours. Pay starts at $16 per hour with bonus if eligible.
Hours are 6pm-Midnight.
Member has a cat in the home.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Personal cares
Light cleaning
Cooking
Running errands.
Who is Community Horizons
Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them. Community Horizons is not the employer on record, members make all hiring decisions with the involvement of a third-party fiscal agent responsible for payroll.
