RYAN is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to manage our central midwest region's marketing strategies while actively contributing to strategic merger and acquisition initiatives. As a Regional Marketing Manager, you'll have the chance to make a substantial impact on the expansion of our rapidly growing brand and contribute to the ongoing success of our dedicated team of employee-owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive regional marketing plans for our outdoor services that align with corporate objectives and local market dynamics.
  • Market our employee-owned, faith-based company as a great place to work.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, events, and promotions tailored to resonate with regional audiences and drive customer engagement.
  • Build and foster relationships with local stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and community organizations, to support marketing efforts and enhance brand reputation.
  • Analyze regional marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing plans, schedules, and budgets with overarching company strategies and objectives.
  • Manage marketing around new product launches for alignment and coordination across teams.
  • Hold regular meetings with branch management to plan, report, and calibrate marketing initiatives.
  • Work with the VP of Regional Operations to align strategies with branch goals.
  • Act as a liaison between Ryan Lawn & Tree (RLT) and potential acquisition candidates with a focus on fostering friendly and responsive communication.
  • Guide newly acquired partners in the full integration of RYAN brand standards at the local level, maintaining consistency and quality across all locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Quality Experience or MBA preferred.
  • 3 years of proven results-driven experience in regional marketing, strategic acquisitions, or a related role, preferably within the home services sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with the team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • A strong leader who can motivate and inspire cross-functional teams toward common goals.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software, including experience with data management, lead tracking, and reporting a plus.
