We are searching for compassionate and dependable caregivers, home health aides (HHA), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide non-medical home care in Lansing, Howell, Brighton, and Livonia areas.

All experience levels are welcome, as this role requires a special, gifted, and loving person to take on the responsibility.

Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide :

  • Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations
  • Preparing and serving meals
  • Light housekeeping and laundry tasks
  • Assisting with shopping, errands, and transportation
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements for Personal Caregiver or On-Call Caregiver roles :

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a safe vehicle
  • Willingness to work at least one weekend shift per weekend (this can be as short as 3 hours on Saturday or Sunday) or work both days every other weekend
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • Please note that certain clients may require specific genders due to legal, federally recognized identification requirements as part of a bona fide occupational qualification.
