Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Biller at Ridgeview Family Health in Meridian, ID. The Medical Biller will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to medical billing, including coding, submitting claims, resolving denials, and collaborating with insurance companies and Medicare. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential in this role.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Experience in handling Denials and working with insurance companies
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding
- Familiarity with Medicare billing procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems (Athena Health a plus)
- Medical billing certification or relevant training is a plus
