- Must have 4 years of supply chain experience ***
This role is differentiated by the Manager 2 based on business needs of the organization relative to complexity, budget, and number of direct reports and visibility of projects.
- Leader of the Supply Chain information systems team implementing and managing our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Demand Planning and Forecasting modules in advance of our Consolidated Service Center go live. This person will manage this critical CSC technology application for which sits above and outside of our Infor/Lawson ERP system. Implementation of begins in late April in advance of go live in early 2025. Experience with or another Warehouse/Distribution Management System is preferred.
- Leads various cross-functional teams designed to improve workflow within the CSC and other departments throughout the system both in advance of go live to drive improvements to achieve minimum go live operating metric thresholds and to continuously optimize performance after go live.
