• Select and purchase high-quality flowers and materials to ensure the utmost freshness and beauty of arrangements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the design process.
• Set up floral displays at events and venues, ensuring timely delivery and impeccable presentation.
• Maintain inventory levels, track expenses, and manage floral supplies to ensure efficient operations.
• Stay informed about current trends and techniques in floral design, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Floral Designer, with a proven track record of creating exceptional floral arrangements, or a degree in floral design, horticulture, or a related field.
• Strong artistic skills and a keen eye for design, with the ability to create visually stunning and harmonious arrangements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of different types of flowers and their characteristics, as well as proper care and handling techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet client demands.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
