Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students, possess strong behavior management skills, and have a background in sports coaching or related activities.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups of varying ages and skill levels
- Provide instruction on swimming techniques, water safety, and stroke development
- Create engaging lesson plans to ensure a fun and productive learning environment
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress, providing feedback for improvement
- Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons
- Maintain a clean and organized pool area

Qualifications:

- Lifeguard/CPR Certification required

- Previous experience in swim instruction or related field preferred
- Strong swim skills and knowledge of different swimming strokes
- Ability to effectively manage student behavior in a positive manner
- Experience working with children or teaching/coaching sports activities
